Emails. Love ‘em or loathe ‘em you can’t deny that they are rather a handy way of communicating.

The problem is of course that while they may be handier than a handy thing in a glove shop, they do tend to look a bit samey. Words, attachments, maybe a logo (if you’ve faffed about with the settings). It’s all a bit bland really.
